There were lots of things interesting about the civil war but my absolote favorite event was the atlanta campaign.Which lead us to Shermans march to the sea.The civil war got harder and harder for the south every second of the way. Beacause General Sherman burned down Atlanta it lead the south to starvation. every one had thier skin in farther than there bons. I could not live throw a time like that because of lots of things.Such as starvashin and lots and lots of deaths.
If it wasen't for people like Abraham Lincoln we mite have still been in slavery and harder war. It was very tough when there was no food for the south{confederate}.
And ever since Abraham Lincoln was president the South got angry and elicated thier own president and there president was Jefferson Davis.
So as you can see these two people were very big targets in the civil war.
