The Atlanta Campaign followed a Union victory which was lead by none other than Abraham Lincoln, and the confederate army was lead by Jefferson Davis.Jeferson Davis was the leader of the confederate army cause he wanted slavery,and abraham lincoln did not want slavery.Abraham lincoln was asinated shortly after the civil war and in my sugjestin he was the best president in the United States of America.There where four atemts to kill Abrham Lincoln and one past.The first try was from 800 yards away and they made a mistake and shot the soldier rite next to him and quiqly got away.the second try was from about 20 yards away and he shot his hat rite off of his head. the third try they tried to bomb the white house dinning room but they bombed the wrong part and killed other people. The final try was athe theater and the guy got so mad that he shot Lincoln rite in the back of the head up close.But lukily before Licoln was assasinated Lincoln assasinated Jefferson Davis.
